An opportunity now exists for an experienced professional to join their dedicated team of professionals in Victoria to take on the position of National Operations Manager.

The position of National Operations Manager is responsible for the management of a suite of tailored supply chain services to one of their major customers. This position will have responsibility for a number of sites throughout Australia and will be tasked with ensuring smooth operations through effective leadership of staff throughout these sites.

Essential criteria for this position will include but is not limited to the following:

•Proven experience within a senior management position within a 3PL company
•Demonstrated successful background career background in supply chain operations including warehousing and transport disciplines
•Exceptional customer service capability with proven experience managing high profile customers and providing first class supply chain solutions
•Commercially focused with highly developed financial acumen
•Extensive knowledge of Retail / FMCG industries will be highly advantageous
•Previous experience in senior customer engagement and negotiations is essential
•Strong leadership and relationship management skills
