Gwynne is a logistics professional with over 25 years experience within logistics and supply chain management. He has an excellent record in reducing costs and improving performance.

Gwynne has worked for companies including Dawson Group, Lane Group plc, Danzas and DHL.  He has managed contracts on behalf of Dupont, Dyson, Miele, Nokia and Scottish Courage.

He is currently Chairman of the CILT Outsourcing and Procurement Forum and Chairman of the CILT Development of People awards committee. Gwynne is fluent in both Welsh and English and speaks basic French.
